As the VP of Business Development, Liz oversees Jamboree’s statewide business planning and expansion, providing in-depth expertise in debt and equity structuring. She brings to her role years of broad experience in real estate finance, banking, and investments for Bank of America, JP Morgan Chase, Standard & Poor's, and others. Additionally, she’s collaborated with numerous capital providers to deploy specialized funding into low-income communities.
Liz works primarily from our Sacramento office, where she oversees Jamboree’s business development team, locating, negotiating, and securing new affordable housing opportunities. She brings a deep commitment to affordable housing and connections to developers, governments, and nonprofit organizations with a focus on housing and economic development. As an industry leader, Liz works to identify and secure sources of capital and alternative funding to support Jamboree’s mission and to further expand the award-winning quality of Jamboree housing and services in neighborhoods throughout California.
Prior to joining Jamboree, Liz served as a Senior Principal at LeSar Development Consultants, deploying millions in capital financing for affordable housing projects for numerous entities across the state. Her career includes senior positions at numerous private financial institutions, overseeing the production of loans and equity investments for affordable housing and community facilities.
Liz holds a Master of Business Administration degree – with a Finance and Real Estate concentration – from the Haas School of Business at the University of California Berkeley and a bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University.
