This scattered, multi-site property – in the University Park, Jefferson Park, Union-Pico neighborhoods – has onsite services provided by Jamboree’s Community Impact Group. Modern architecture, open walkways and landscaping make this community shine. The various sites for very low-income households are all located in walkable areas with easy access to shopping, restaurants, local schools and near the University of Southern California, parks and public transportation including, bus, light rail and subway lines.
