Rancho Las Bolsas is an affordable housing community in Temecula, seamlessly integrated into a 247-unit master-planned development, Arrive Temecula by Red Tail Multifamily Land Development (Red Tail). Jamboree partnered with Red Tail to serve as the affordable housing developer for the inclusionary housing component within Arrive Temecula. In partnership with the County of Riverside, Rancho Las Bolsas delivers 55 affordable homes across three Spanish Colonial–style buildings. One of the buildings includes a community center and office spaces, offering on-site services and support for residents.
The affordable community is approximately 1.3 acres and is seamlessly blended with the larger market rate housing. The community has 55 homes within three 3-story buildings (Type-VB). Two of the buildings contain 20 units and one building contains 15 units. One building includes a two-story office and amenity space totaling approximately 4,325 Sq. Ft. The building has an elevator in the common areas.
Rancho Las Bolsas has a landscaped courtyard, BBQ area, and a clubhouse that includes two community rooms, a computer room, and conference rooms. Residents at Rancho Las Bolsas also have access to Arrive Temecula’s pool and gym.
Located just off Rancho California Road, Rancho Las Bolsas is conveniently within walking distance of Temecula Town Center, a large shopping plaza. Residents can cross the street to go grocery shopping or pick up medication at the CVS Pharmacy. About half a mile down the street are an urgent care and dentistry practices. Residents can walk down the hill adjacent to their homes and enjoy the Temecula Duck Pond and Park.
