Staff Culture and Values
Jamboree is a flexible organization devoted to providing staff with the training and support they need to carry out Jamboree’s mission to strengthen California communities. As a community development organization, Jamboree fulfills this mission by creating and maintaining quality affordable housing with services for working families, homeless families, their children, seniors and people with special needs.
Together with the board of directors, Jamboree’s Executive Management Team creates opportunities for residents through the homes we build and the services we provide, and we look to hire individuals who believe in the importance of those opportunities. As part of our work, Jamboree staff shape a positive perception of affordable housing by developing award-winning properties and increasing public awareness of our achievements and the successes of the people we serve.
