Staffing Forward

New staff title, hires, positions

Jamboree makes strategic staffing changes by added four new faces to the team.

As Jamboree continues to celebrate 25 years of building strong, healthy communities, we’re also making some strategic staffing changes to support our evolving mission.

George Searcy has the new title of  Vice President of Community Impact. This important change aligns with our vision of measureable impact in neighborhoods on a wider scale through housing, economic development, education and health-related partnerships. Searcy joined Jamboree last year as Vice President of Resident Services, with broad leadership experience in both the public and private sectors that includes creating, implementing, and managing diverse social, health and education programs.

His new role will focus on quantifying the outcomes of supportive resident services that extend beyond Jamboree properties to help serve the surrounding neighborhoods.

Paola Flores has joined Jamboree as our new Senior Asset Manager. With a background in both asset and property management, Paola will oversee our Asset Specialists.

As Jamboree continues to grow as a nonprofit, Sara Russo, our new Volunteer Manager, will play a critical role in helping to mobilize our many incredible and vitally important volunteers. Sara will be responsible for growing our volunteer program, as well as being liaison between the company and volunteers.

And Roxanne Brittain joins Jamboree as our new Construction Assistant as part of the Quality Development & Construction team. Roxanne is a veteran of the construction industry, having worked as Office Manager at Lucas construction for more than 20 years.
