Latest team members reflect commitment to asset stewardship

As part of Jamboree’s continued growth and commitment to affordable housing with services, our new staff underscore our commitment to be wise stewards of our assets and resources.

Bill Holley joins the Quality Design & Construction team as a new Superintendent, overseeing Woodglen Vista, in Santee near San Diego. Bill’s wide experience includes Safety and Quality Control, collaboration with partners, proposals, bid analysis, and estimating, to name just a few. As a project manager with Emerson Construction, he oversaw work on a high profile 16-story high rise senior housing project in downtown San Diego. Bill has also worked as a Project Manager at Sun Country Builders Multi-Family Affordable Housing, and as Senior Director of Construction at Aimco Apartment and Investment Company. His knowledge and skill in both interior and exterior renovations is  especially suited to his role at Woodglen, which entails a refinancing and rehab of this existing property.

In our ongoing commitment to carefully manage our existing assets, Joseph Singh joins our team as an Asset Specialist. Joseph has worked with Housing Solutions California in Anaheim, and was the Executive Director at Community Housing Resources in Irvine, CA, and previously at Heritage Community Housing in Santa Ana, CA. His abilities to develop and implement strategies to successfully serve property operations and management, provide financial analysis and budgets, and maintain relationships with lenders, social service agencies and other stakeholders makes Joseph a key addition in the ongoing stewardship of Jamboree assets.

Annie Carney has been hired to look after what might be our least-known and highest-value asset: our volunteers. As Jamboree’s Volunteer Manager, Annie will work with our Resident Services staff to recruit, engage and retain volunteers who want to donate their own assets of time and ability to serve at our properties. As Executive Director and coach at the LEAP Foundation in Los Angeles, a nonprofit education foundation that annually organizes a youth leadership program, Annie supervised a volunteer staff of 60, as well as leading community outreach, managing assessments, and worked to create a culture of leadership and professionalism.
