Join Jamboree’s Cleaning Care Bucket Drive to collect cleaning supplies for our residents

What is Jamboree’s Cleaning Care Bucket Drive?

Jamboree is looking for individuals and community partners to donate and deliver 200 buckets of household cleaning supplies to families, seniors and those with special need. The Cleaning Care Bucket Drive is a great opportunity for you, your staff, business or organization to join Jamboree in supporting our residents.

How can I get involved?

Donate a bucket of cleaning supplies. Consider volunteering together as a team to assemble or deliver buckets. You can also donate needed items, or give a financial gift for the purchase of the supplies. Make a difference in the lives of formerly homeless families and those living with special needs as they begin life in their new home. Provide some non-essential, but much needed basics: cleaning supplies.

Please join us:

  • Purchase items on the Cleaning Care Bucket list. Total purchase for each bucket will cost about $25.
  • No time to shop at the store? Click to make a financial donation.
  • Volunteer to fill and assemble buckets during the week of April 3.
  • Put together a workplace, community or faith group to shop for or assemble buckets together. For example, the Northwood High School Jamboree Club has already jumped in to collect cleaning care products from fellow students, parents and teachers.
  • Volunteer to deliver buckets to residents April 7–12.

What’s on the Cleaning Care Bucket list?

  • Paper towels
  • Sponges
  • Cleaning cloths/rags
  • Glass cleaner
  • Non-abrasive scouring powder (Bon Ami)
  • Disinfectant wipes
  • White vinegar
  • Dish soap

Where do I return the cleaning care buckets I purchase?

Return your purchased items to one of these locations:

  • Diamond Apartment Homes: 1310 W. Diamond Ave, Anaheim (leasing office)
  • Live in NoCal? Email Annie Carney or call her at 949-263-8676 for details.

Cleaning Care buckets and donations are accepted Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. Please return all purchased items and donations by Friday, March 31.

Why do my donations matter?

When Jamboree designs, builds and preserves an apartment community, we then maintain our properties for decades to come. It is an important asset for the entire neighborhood, and it’s vital to our residents.

Our residents take pride in calling a Jamboree community home. But for many, a tightly fixed income makes basic cleaning supplies a luxury.

From one Anaheim family: “My new home at Rockwood is so beautiful – I never lived in a brand new home before. I love how it looks and how my kids like to have their friends over. I never thought I’d be happy about cleaning, but I want it to always look as beautiful as it did when we moved in.

Help us reach our goal of 200 Cleaning Care Buckets to families starting out or starting over!
