Jamboree acquired and did extensive renovations of Vista Pointe, formerly known as Arbor Terrace, an affordable housing family community in Colton, CA. All kitchens and bathrooms were completely fitted with new plumbing fixtures, appliance and new cabinets, as well as countertops, and lighting. New landscaping was included in the exterior renovations. Common areas received both green and accessibility upgrades to provide easy access for all residents.
Vista Pointe's open walkways, inviting green spaces and a picnic area encourage indoor/outdoor living and an enjoyment of Colton’s mild climate. A playground and courtyard make the community fun for families. Laundry facilities provide convenience for busy residents.
Located in a walkable neighborhood, San Bernardino County, Vista Pointe is one block from shopping and dining and a short drive from four local schools. The community has easy access to the Foothill Freeway and I-215. For recreation, residents can drive to nearby local parks. The community has a view of Mount Baldy and easy access to hiking trails on the Angeles National Forest.
Jamboree partnered with local government, investors and property management to provide a newly renovated community with amenities and resident services to help residents maintain long-term affordable housing and peace of mind.
