Co-developed by Jamboree in 2000, the property underwent a renovation in 2017 that included a refresh to enhance curb appeal, updated paths of travel, and ADA upgrades for unit interiors, common spaces, and common areas.
The community features a pool and the renovation included enhancements to the fitness center to help residents stay active and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Jamboree’s Community Impact Group provides activities, many of which take place in the spacious community center, which was also remodeled. A library provides a quiet retreat, while a game room creates an opportunity for social engagement and fun. Each apartment has its own balcony/patio to allow residents to enjoy the sunny Southern California climate.
