Jamboree’s first property in Riverside County – and the only one in Palm Springs – Seminole Gardens offers affordable housing for seniors in a garden-style community.
Jamboree acquired and rehabilitated the property in a joint venture with Preservation Partners Development, a company dedicated to permanently preserving “at-risk” affordable housing communities which were originally developed under U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) financing and direct rental subsidy programs. Residents were temporarily relocated during the renovation.
There’s a bus stop adjacent to Seminole Gardens. The community is located 20 minutes from downtown Palm Springs and a short drive from shopping and dining.
Jamboree, Preservation Partners Development, and the City of Palm Springs work together with investors and property management to ensure that Seminole Gardens remains both affordable and well maintained. In so doing, this provides residents with a high quality of life, stability and a supportive community in Riverside County.
