Granite Court was the first residential property in the Irvine Business complex. Jamboree purchased the property and relocated all existing businesses. The compact-design housing adjacent to retail and office space provides much-needed workforce housing. Irvine is a jobs-rich community overall with 2.9 jobs per housing unit. Thousands of residents from other communities commute here every day for work. Creating quality workforce housing reduces traffic, air quality problems and other issues.

The financing for Granite Court was brought about through an innovative public/private partnership between Jamboree and the City of Irvine, who have worked together for more than two decades.
