Part of the Woodbury master-planned village, The Arbor at Woodbury is an affordable housing community seamlessly integrated into the surrounding Irvine, CA neighborhood. Exactly one year to the day after Jamboree broke ground on an empty dirt lot, the property was completed ahead of schedule and under budget despite the economic downturn in real estate at that time. Well-designed and sustainably built, The Arbor at Woodbury is Jamboree’s sixth property in Irvine and is helping Irvine to complete its goal of providing 10,000 affordable homes by 2025. Additionally, the construction of workforce housing in the City of Irvine is proving to be instrumental in generating jobs.

The Arbor at Woodbury’s early completion resulted in significant financial savings. These almost unprecedented savings were demonstrated by a refund check in the amount of $575,000 presented by Jamboree president Laura Archuleta to the City of Irvine.

The Arbor at Woodbury exemplifies Jamboree’s commitment to family-oriented design and high-quality finishes and materials. Homes include green features and energy-efficient lighting and appliances, including ENERGY STAR refrigerators and dishwashers. In addition, Jamboree’s Community Impact Group effectively utilizes the property’s community center, computer-learning lab and tutoring room to provide customized programs and services to enrich the quality of life for residents.

Jamboree provided complimentary shuttle service to residents during commuter hours from the property to the Irvine Transportation Center until the local bus line was completed.
