Acquired and renovated by Jamboree, Rowland Heights is a garden-style affordable apartment community for families in Rowland Heights, CA. The Victorian-inspired architecture, open spaces, pool and playground make the community great for families hoping to optimize indoor/outdoor living in this year-round mild climate.

The property was at risk of losing its affordability restrictions before its acquisition in a joint venture by Jamboree and Preservation Partners Development, a company dedicated to permanently preserving “at-risk” affordable housing communities. Rowland Heights was one of the two companies’ first joint acquisition/rehabilitations and helped to set a foundation for a strong and ongoing partnership. Residents were temporarily relocated during the renovation.
