Affordability in mixed income manufactured housing community

When Jamboree purchased River Ranch, an affordable mobile home park for seniors, in 2002, the owner was offered twice as much as what Jamboree was able to pay. However, many friends and family of seniors living at River Ranch wanted to maintain the affordability for residents, so the owner chose to sell the community to Jamboree. Therefore, Jamboree remains dedicated to keeping the property both affordable and well maintained. As part of this commitment, Jamboree renovated the property in 2015.

Beautiful landscaping, laundry facilities, and carports make River Ranch both pleasing and convenient for residents. Twenty-five percent of the community is market-rate, making it one of Jamboree’s mixed-income properties.
