Low-income acq/rehab by partnership ensures affordability 

Panorama View is a gated garden-style apartment for seniors. Preservation Partners Development, a market-rate real estate company that specializes in the acquisition, development and asset management of real estate properties in California and the Western United States, partnered with Jamboree in a joint venture to acquire/rehabilitate the community. Residents were temporarily relocated during the 2008 rehabilitation. The main goal in developing Panorama View was to establish long-term affordability for residents and to greatly improve the quality of the complex.

Located in a walkable area near bus lines, a park, two recreation centers, shopping, dining and cafes, Panorama View helps seniors in Southern California to enjoy a good quality of life and maintain their active lifestyles and independence. To help keep seniors active and engaged with neighbors, a community room provides a place for activities.
