Orland is a multigenerational affordable housing community where seniors and families live side-by-side in garden-style apartments renovated in Glenn County. Residents were temporarily relocated during the renovation. Jamboree partnered in a joint venture with Capital Valley Investments, a market-rate real estate company that specializes in the acquisition, development and asset management of real estate properties in California and the Western United States. Together, both companies joined with local government and investors to make the acquisition/renovation a reality, resulting in quality affordable housing for families and seniors.

Residents are a short drive away from three local parks and within easy walking distance of schools, restaurants and shopping. Jamboree’s Community Impact Group offers onsite services to residents to promote educational success and active, healthy lifestyles.

Jamboree, local government and property management collaborate to maintain a commitment to long-term affordability for residents, as well as quality maintenance for the community in Orland.
