In 1996, Jamboree and ARV Investment Group, Inc. completed construction of the Inn at Woodbridge, an affordable housing apartment community for seniors in Irvine, CA. Jamboree brought together a nexus of innovative financing from various funding partners to make the community a reality.

Inn at Woodbridge meets a high demand for affordable housing for seniors in the City of Irvine. The community offers a range of onsite social, educational and recreational onsite services for seniors through Jamboree’s Community Impact Group. The fully walkable location allows active seniors to stay independent, with or without a vehicle. Dining, shopping and local parks are all located within a few blocks of this Orange County community.

Jamboree and partners such as the City of Irvine, as well as investment and property management partners have kept this community affordable and well maintained for seniors for decades – and plan to continue to do so for decades to come.
