Hastings Park is an affordable housing apartment community extensively reburbished in 2004 in a joint venture by Jamboree with Capital Valley Investments, a market-rate real estate company that acquires,  develops and manages real estate properties throughout California and the Western United States. Capital Valley Investments is a trusted partner of Jamboree’s and the two companies have worked together successfully on multiple acquisition/rehab projects in Northern California.

Residents were temporarily relocated during the renovation of Hastings Park.
