Jamboree acquired and did extensive renovations of Arbor Terrace, an affordable housing family community in Colton, CA. All kitchens and bathrooms were completely fitted with new plumbing fixtures, appliance and new cabinets, as well as countertops, and lighting. New landscaping was included in the exterior renovations. Common areas received both green and accessibility upgrades to provide easy access for all residents.
