• Submit only one application per household. Submitting multiple applications per household will be grounds for removal from the application process.
• Applications which are faxed or e-mailed will be rejected.
• Applications submitted before January 16, 2007 will be rejected.
• All applications received between January 16, 2007 and January 27, 2007 via U.S. mail, hand delivery, or courier will be considered as being received the same day. They will be entered into a random selection process and will be reviewed as apartment spaces permit. All applications received after January 27, 2006 will be placed on a waiting list in the order received. Please see the "Frequently Asked Questions" document for more information.
