The Jamboree Board of Directors is a diverse group of volunteers comprised of knowledgeable business, real estate and community leaders. Members include: David WoodCo-founder of Stratus Development, Wood previously served as Managing Director at the Irvine-based Landmark Equity Partners, LLC, where he managed residential development projects and participated in equity fundraising. He has also served in development positions at Western National Properties, and BRE Properties. Wood holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Texas, Austin. 
Mark HooverMark Hoover has served 32 years at First American Title Insurance, and has been Vice President and Sales Manager since 1984. He has served on multiple boards including the California Building Industry Association, Home Aid America, the National Association of Homebuilders, and Lambda Alpha, and is part of the Chapman University Institute for Real Estate Board of Advisors. Hoover has received multiple achievement awards recognizing his volunteer commitment to the building industry. Richard J. AmerianRichard Amerian is a Vice President at Union Bank. Prior to re-joining Union Bank, Mr. Amerian served as a Vice President at JP Morgan Chase, and served as an investment analyst with the multifamily division of Freddie Mac. Previously, he was Director of Asset Management at Western National Properties, a subsidiary of Western National Group. Previous positions also included Vice President, Asset Management with RSM Management Company, overseeing all income producing property within the 5,000 acre Rancho Santa Margarita master-planned community. He also held the position of Vice President and Team Leader with Union Bank, where he was responsible for all owned real estate in the Southern California region. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California. 
Patrick D. McCallaA partner in the Real Estate department of Costa Mesa-based Rutan & Tucker, LLP, McCalla handles a wide range of transactional real estate matters with an emphasis on low-income housing developments. He holds a law degree from USC and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Arizona State University. Cesar Covarrubias
As Executive Director of The Kennedy Commission, Cesar directs the advocacy, education and outreach activities that develop solutions to housing needs and unite communities across Orange County to support affordable housing development. Prior to his current position, Cesar coordinated the Commission's efforts to develop and implement affordable housing public policies and strategies in local governments. Cesar holds a law degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law and bachelor’s degree in Political Science from California State University, Fullerton. Ray Silver
Ray Silver has served as the Director of Planning and Land Use for the County of San Diego, City Manager for the cities of Huntington Beach, Coronado, Westminster, and Upland, as well as the Director of Administrative Services for the City of Coronado. Currently, he is a consultant for the Hennessey Group, a member of the Orange County Chapter of the Urban Land Institute, and serves on the Advisory Committee for the Urban Planning Graduate School at the University of California. Ray holds a masters degree in Political Theory from California State University, Fresno. Richard Lamprecht
Rick Lamprecht is founder and principal of REL Property Consulting, providing advisory services to owners and investors who develop and acquire multifamily housing or mixed-use developments. Previously, Rick worked in the multifamily development and planning industry for more than two decades at the Irvine Company, entitling and developing 27,000 apartment units in over 50 properties in nine jurisdictions in California. In addition, Rick worked closely with affordable housing developers to deliver seven 100% affordable developments, totaling over 800 units. Mr. Lamprecht hold is a CPA and holds a Master’s Degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University. Pat Hall Ms. Hall, now retired, is a community advocate with previous experience as an educator in the Anaheim Union School District, and as a broker for FHP Health Insurance. Ms. Hall previously held the position of Director of Volunteers at the Crystal Cathedral, and also worked in Human Resources for Boeing Aircraft. Ms. Hall has volunteered for many local organizations including serving as a Board Member for the Irvine Adult Day Health Services, Inc. and the Irvine Senior Council. Ms. Hall has also served as a hospice volunteer, PTA President, Welcome Wagon Hostess and New Hope telephone counselor. |
