20th Anniversary Gala (June 10, 2010)

  • This entertaining evening celebrated the achievements of 20 years in enriching the lives of our residents through the homes we build and the services we provide. We’ll celebrate our accomplishments to date and look at some of the innovative plans and ideas that still lie ahead.

Renovation Kick-off of Grove Park Apartments (May 11, 2010)

  • Jamboree continues its partnership with the City of Garden Grove with our latest acquisition/rehabilitation. Grove Park’s 13 two-story buildings in the Buena Clinton neighbourhood will be home to 104 working families who earn between 30% and 60% of the area median income. Working closely with the City, Jamboree identified apartment properties where strategic redevelopment would elevate the quality of the community while preserving long-term affordability for residents.

Opening of Arbor at Woodbury (February 11, 2010)

  • This community provides quality, affordable housing to 90 families in Irvine, nationally recognized as America’s safest city for four consecutive years. The property is an integral part of Irvine’s Woodbury Master Plan, a square-mile development comprised of unique residential districts, 16 neighborhood squares, and a 30-acre central recreational area called “The Commons.”
