Jamboree partnered with The Long Beach Housing Development Corporation in revitalizing three vacant buildings on Pine Avenue, in the Central Long Beach Redevelopment Project Area.

The transformation includes reconfiguring the structures from seventeen units to fourteen units. Enclosed garage spaces and a brand new 494 square foot community room with kitchen and bathroom will be provided. Site Amenities will include a tot-lot, courtyard, community garden, bike racks, and laundry facilities. Each unit will be fully renovated and modernized to include new windows, doors, drywall, new kitchen and bathroom countertops, cabinetry, plumbing and electrical fixtures, and appliances.

Jamboree's resident services group, Housing with HEART, will offer free programs tailored to meet the unique needs of Collage residents. These programs will focus on academic achievement for young people, community-building activities and family health and fitness. Residents are welcome to partake in any of the services and activities offered at Puerto del Sol, another Long Beach property owned by a Jamboree affiliate, located nearby.
