Camden Place
Built as an entirely new, affordable community for senior adults, Camden Place is an example of successful partnership. Combining land donated by the city, a grant from the County of Orange, as well as tax credits and tax-exempt financing, Jamboree co-developed this 35-unit senior adult community. Construction was completed in 1997, and the buildings integrate seamlessly in a beautiful residential area of the city. Onsite resident services are provided by Jamboree's Housing with HEART.
