Built in 1985 by the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Huntington Beach, Emerald Cove Apartments provides affordable housing to seniors aged 62 or better, who earn no more than 60% of the Orange County area median income. This garden-style community consists of nine two-story residential buildings with 164 studios and one-bedroom apartments, each with private outdoor spaces.

Housing with HEART, an affiliate of Jamboree, offers comprehensive services to the residents including heath & fitness programs, community outreach and assistance with daily living.
