Bel Age Manor
Bel Age Manor is an acquisition/rehabilitation of an existing 180-unit apartment community for senior adults. Together with Preservation Partners Development, Jamboree acquired and refurbished the property's 177 one-bedroom and three studio apartments in 2008. The property is now classified as affordable, available to those with incomes at 30% to 60% of the area median household income.
Bel Age features a community room for Jamboree's Housing with HEART resident services programs and activities, gated parking for safety, as well as laundry rooms and HVAC for the convenience of its residents.
