Sunswept is an affordable community comprised of 16 apartment homes for families, acquired and refurbished in 2003. By partnering with great property management, investors and local government, this joint venture of Jamboree and Preservation Partners Development assures the opportunity to maintain long-term affordability of the property for residents and the community.
