Mr. Amerian currently serves as an investment analyst with the multifamily division of Freddie Mac. Previously, he was Director of Asset Management at Western National Properties, a subsidiary of Western National Group. Before that, he was Vice President, Asset Management with RSM Management Company, in charge of all income-producing property within the 5,000-acre Rancho Santa Margarita master-planned community. He also served as Vice President and Team Leader with Union Bank, where he was responsible for all owned real estate for the Southern California region. He holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from USC.
